New Delhi, Could 28 (PTI) Telecom regulator TRAI on Wednesday floated a session paper on project of the microwave spectrum in decrease 6 GHz, 7 GHz, 13 GHz, 15 GHz, 18 GHz, 21 GHz bands, in addition to E and V bands.
