In a bizarre incident at a Spanish airport, an unnamed couple allegedly left their 10-year-old son behind and boarded a flight for his or her trip – a scene straight out of House Alone, based on a report by The New York Put up.
After reaching the airport, the couple realized that they didn’t have the required journey paperwork for his or her child in order that they determined to depart him behind on the airport terminal and proceed with their trip plans, stated the media report.
Airport workers calls it “fully surreal”
The incident was reported in a TikTok video by a lady, Lilian, an air-operations coordinator on the unidentified airport. She described the incident as “fully surreal”.
Nonetheless, her claims couldn’t be verified.
Based on the New York Put up report, Lilian stated in Spanish within the clip, “[The kid] instructed [police] that his dad and mom have been on the aircraft, on their option to their dwelling nation for trip.”
“The reason given to [the authorities] was that the kid was touring with an expired passport from Spain, and wanted a journey visa.”
“Since he didn’t have a visa, they left the child within the terminal and referred to as a relative to choose him up.”
“I didn’t see it as regular.”
“The police didn’t see it as regular both.”
Based on Lilian, the police have been knowledgeable and the dad and mom’ baggage was faraway from the aircraft.
The couple was then escorted to the on-site police station for questioning.
The incident sparked outrage and drew comparisons to different such situations of kids being left at airports and prepare terminals.
